Dr. Byrne completed medical school and residency Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego. In addition to treating patients at the Cosmetic surgery Center of Maryland, Dr. Byrne is the Director of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution. Dr. Byrne is known for his personable approach to patient relationships; he upholds the highest ethical and moral standards, focuses on open communication and is committed to working with patients to help them achieve the best rhinoplasty results.
